The Spy Cables, obtained by the Al Jazeera Investigative Unit, are the largest release of intelligence documents since Edward Snowden exposed the depth of the U.S. National Security Agency’s spy programs. They show us how spies monitor one another’s activities and occasionally collaborate to spy on mutual enemies.
