Could Iran's elite military force defeat ISIL?

The Islamic Republic's version of the Navy SEALs has emerged as a key player in the fight against ISIL

The U.S.-led coalition can’t defeat the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) alone. So Iran is taking the battle against ISIL into its own hands by deploying its elite military force, Al Quds, into Iraq.
