Amar, a teenage asylum seeker, fled Eritrea in order to find a better life. A dangerous and grueling journey led him to Israel and a small school for undocumented boys called Nitzana. While the school welcomed him with open arms, Israeli society and policy does not, and he will soon have to survive on his own.
In this short documentary, AJ+ follows Amar as he prepares to leave the safety of Nitzana for the streets of Tel Aviv, where he hopes to forge a life.
