Cities battling for super-high-speed Internet

Chattanooga, Tennessee, fought and won a broadband battle with Comcast for the city to offer gigabit service to residents. Now Chattanooga wants to expand its superfast service beyond the city, to rural areas where some residents don’t have high speed Internet access. And that has sparked another legal fight. Jake Ward and Kristyn Martin report.
