Ali Velshi talks to Ian Bremmer, president of the Eurasia Group, who sees no capable leaders to help regain US influence
The turmoil roiling the Middle East is just one of the reasons America must adopt a foreign policy that reflects a hard choice about this nation's global stance. That's the view put forth in a new book titled "Superpower: Three choices for America's Role in the World" by Ian Bremmer. He's the President of the Eurasia group, a global political risk research and consulting firm. In the book's introduction, Bremmer says America will remain the world's only superpower for the foreseeable future. But then he asks the reader a question that any serious candidate for President must answer: What role do you want America to play in the world? Ali Velshi started by asking Ian Bremmer about the three choices he describes.
