Arizona school district goes abroad to solve its teacher shortage

Across the country, school districts are struggling to put qualified teachers in their classrooms. Americans are leaving teaching in large numbers, whether because of low wages, poor conditions or retirement. In Arizona, the situation is particularly grim: During the 2013-2014 school year, a quarter of first-year teachers left their positions. Another quarter will be eligible for retirement in the next four years. In this America Tonight excerpt, Lori Jane Gliha looks at the rise of foreign teachers in Arizona and how not all parents, students and educators think they're a permanent solution
