A life like nun other: A 20-something discusses her life-altering choice
As a teenager, Tracy Kemme never imagined that she might one day become a nun. She had a serious boyfriend and planned to walk down the aisle. But at 22, she received her first call from God, and the message was clear. She is now one of six women who have joined Cincinnati’s Sisters of Charity since 2012 — six more than the group had in the previous decade. In this America Tonight excerpt, Lori Jane Gliha visits Kemme in Cincinnati to find out more about her decision and what may be motivating young people to choose religious life.
