Ithaca students’ thoughts about race on campus

Racial tensions erupted in protests this fall at schools across the country. At the University of Missouri, two leaders were forced to resign. At Brown, officials are putting $100 million behind a plan to create a more inclusive campus. At Ithaca College, where some students and faculty are trying to remove the president, the way forward is less clear. Students open up about how they talk about race on campus — and what they’re taking away from the protests.
