Cleveland tries to hold on to hope after Tamir Rice case

Prosecutor Tim McGinty said Dec. 28 that he would not seek a criminal indictment of two Cleveland police officers in the shooting death of 12-year-old Tamir Rice. The decision was always a possibility, but it still came as a shock to many in Cleveland, where just last year a grand jury declined to indict a police officer who shot 22-year-old John Crawford. In this America Tonight excerpt, Christof Putzel talks to members of Rice’s community.
