How one woman’s stolen ID made her the mother of a meth-addicted baby
When Anndorie Cromar’s driver’s license was stolen, she reported the theft to police. Then she received a call from someone at Child Protective Services who said her newborn baby was addicted to methamphetamine. But Cromar hadn’t just had a baby.
