There are fears California could face one of the nation’s biggest natural disasters this winter. With predictions of epic rains and floods, experts are sounding the alarm bells when it comes to the state’s bridges, dams and levees. And it looks like the drought has actually making possible flooding even more dangerous. In this America Tonight excerpt, Jacob Ward travels to Southern California, where the land is sinking and the tide is threatening.
