Why did Georgia police shoot Robert Chambers?

Before the outrage over the police shootings of Eric Garner and Laquan McDonald, there was Robert Chambers. Five years ago, a Houston County, Georgia sheriff’s deputy shot 19-year-old Chambers in the back of the head after he allegedly burglarized a home. Now, armed with new evidence and convinced that the truth about Chambers’ death has been covered up, the family’s attorneys have filed a motion to reopen the case. In this excerpt, America Tonight’s Sarah Hoye visits Chambers’ family and the lawyers who are trying to clear his name.
