President Obama has paid special tribute to American medical workers risking their lives to treat Ebola patients in West Africa, while other politicians have been leery that they might bring Ebola back to the United States. What's it like volunteering for such a potentially dangerous mission knowing you'll face scrutiny and a quarantine period afterward? After six weeks treating Ebola patients in Sierra Leone and three weeks of quarantine, California nurse practitioner Karen Dominguez describes the challenges of working in the hot zone and the personal impact back at home.
