No justice for the victims of inaction?

In January 2013, a woman at the University of Alabama in Huntsville reported being raped by a hockey player. The player confessed, and he was supposed to be expelled. Instead, he stayed on campus and played in every remaining game. Since then, he's fled the country, evading a first-degree rape charge. Sarah Hoye examines the college judicial process and the different avenues victims have to get justice.
