The cost of saving a life from a heroin overdose

Some are calling it a miracle drug. Nalaxone, or Narcan, reverses the effects of a heroin overdose in the form of an easy-to-use nasal spray, ideal for police officers or family and friends of addicts. But the price of the drug has soared, leaving some places scrambling for discounts. Lori Jane Gliha digs into the allegations of price gouging and sits down with Rep. Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) who has questioned the price increase.
