Heroin, crack cocaine, Percocet and cellphones flowed freely at the Baltimore City Detention Center. One inmate coordinated gang business from behind bars and bought five luxury cars while serving time. Over the last 18 months, 24 corrections officers were convicted, as were another 16 gang members and associates, in the largest prison conspiracy case in recent history. America Tonight's Adam May investigates how this level of corruption was possible and the efforts to clean it up, with an exclusive national TV interview with a former corrections officer and a rare glimpse inside the prison itself
