Baltimore braces for potentially violent summer

In Baltimore, the nearly 40 homicides in May are the highest the city's seen since 1996. Add to that, there’s no question the city's police department is in turmoil. Following riots that left dozens of police hurt and the arrests of six officers connected to the death of Freddie Gray, current and retired offices tell Adam May in this excerpt from America Tonight that Baltimore's police are frustrated – and even scared.
