How Texas punishes truants

Texas leads the nation in the number of kids that are sent to criminal court for skipping school. Now, the Department of Justice is investigating whether Dallas County's hardline approach amounts to "cruel and unusual punishment." Lori Jane Gliha examines whether the law's effective and who's being hurt along the way.
