Vermonters sue the Air Force over the F-35 fighter jet

Vermont’s Air National Guard unit will be the first to host new F-35 fighter jets. Their home will be Burlington International Airport, which has homes built right up to its perimeter and towns on both ends of its runway. Residents are challenging the decision in court, saying the F-35s pose a safety risk.
