Set free, senior convicts struggle to re-enter society

For older prisoners, surviving behind bars and after release is especially tough. If you’re pushing retirement age with prison time in your past, your chances of getting a job after release are slim. But in San Francisco the Senior Ex-Offenders program is helping older ex-cons adjust to life on the outside. In this except from America Tonight, Michael Okwu speaks with a 57-year-old on the brink of release and former prisoners working to rebuild their lives and stay out of trouble.
