New Ferguson judge: My decisions are based on justice, not revenue
In the wake of teenager Mike Brown's death last year, just about every aspect of government in Ferguson, Missouri, was criticized, including the city's municipal court. Ferguson's judge has since been replaced. In this excerpt from America Tonight, Lori Jane Gliha speaks with the new judge brought in the clean up the system and a woman who has been jailed for her trouble paying fines and fees from getting traffic tickets in and around Ferguson.
