Since 2012, a mural of comedian and actor Bill Cosby has been a part of Ben's Chili Bowl, a legendary restaurant in Washington, D.C. It's a symbol of the 50-plus years of friendship between Cosby and the restaurant's owners. In fact, Cosby and the Obamas are the only people allowed to eat there for free.
