Six weeks after her sister Dominga was detained by authorities from Immigration And Customs Enforcement, Doris Rivas found them at her doorstep in Atlanta again — this time to take Dominga’s two sons. Dominga is among more than 120 people rounded up by ICE in recent weeks, mostly in Georgia, Texas, and North Carolina.
