Inside Mississippi’s last abortion clinic

Correspondent Lori Jane Gliha went inside Mississippi's last abortion clinic for an upcoming report for America Tonight.

Some women traveled hours to the Jackson Women's Health Organization to have the procedure. One doctor, meanwhile, travels across the country about once a month to perform them. Anti-abortion activists protest outside every day, but the organization projects its own message with a banner reading "This clinic stays open."
