US, EU, Russian diplomats gather to find a solution in Ukraine
In Paris, US Secretary of State, John Kerry met with Russian Foreign Minister, Sergei Lavrov at a session that was intended to be about Lebanon. But the topic turned to what is happening on the border between Russia and the rest of Europe: the crisis in Ukraine.
On Wednesday, the European Union offered Ukraine $15 billion in aid. The same amount Russia offered the country before former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovich's ouster.
