Planning for doomsday 800 miles north of the Arctic Circle

Plague, disease, war, natural disaster and climate change: these are just some of the threats that confront us. Drought now ravages places like California, damaging agriculture and stressing the food supply chain. In most instances, weather patterns recover and water levels are restored. But there are people out there whose job is to plan for the worst. That's very much the case in a special bunker located 800 miles north of the Arctic Circle. Ali Velshi reports.
