The growing use of public and private drones in the U.S.
Officially named Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, (UAVs) the FAA estimates there will be 30,000 of them flying around U.S. airspace within the next 20 years. As they become cheaper and more accessible, a new opportunity has been created for essentially everyone, all the way from the government to farmers and more. But as drone technology evolves, what are the social and ethical implications? How should their use be regulated? Is it even possible?
