Does an American flag on the label equal “Made in the USA?” Once condemned for outsourcing, companies are being praised for insourcing. But some are trying to cash in on the hype. Recently, the government settled a lawsuit with a company that falsely touted its products as “Truly Made in the USA.”  So, how do you keep from getting duped when “Made in the USA” is back in fashion?
