They’ve become commonplace, but Americans never seem to tire of hearing the dirty details and the apology afterwards.  On the anniversary of the Clinton impeachment trial, should cheating politicians be given a second chance? Does the public hold them to a higher moral standard, and is that fair? We’ll also discuss how the European mentality differs when it comes to philandering officials.
