Toddlers for profit?

A $15B industry, ‘toddler milk’ is now the fastest growing product for formula companies. While it claims to provide tots with vital nutrients, critics say it’s just repackaged formula for a group that doesn’t need it. They also claim since it never existed before, it was only created to offset losses from a rise in breastfeeding. Is it safe and necessary, or just big business?
