McDonald's is receiving more criticism for the advice it gives to employees, as new details emerged Tuesday about the contents of its employee help website, McResource Line.

A video released by the organization Low Pay Is Not OK highlighted the site's budgetary and health advice, which includes a suggestion to break "food into pieces," which McDonald's says “results in eating less and still feeling full.” The site also advises employees to use eBay or Craigslist to sell unwanted possessions to get out of holiday debt. Other tips include singing along to songs to reduce blood pressure and the warning that “stress hormone levels rise by 15% after ten minutes of complaining.”
