Ohio man lays claim to 'abandoned' homes

A Forest Park, Ohio family recently returned home from an extended visit with a dying relative to find changed locks and a man claiming rights to the property. While the family was away, Robert Carr had filed 'quiet title' documents, used to determine a legal holder of the property where multiple claims of ownership may exist.
