Students descend on London for right to protest

Thousands of students gathered at the University of London student union on Wednesday to fight for the right to protest. The latest demonstration follows two days of student protests, which included the occupation of a campus building, that were held last week to support university workers and the students' union. In response, the university sought a court injunction banning "occupational protests" for six months. Those in violation of the injunction can be prosecuted for contempt of court.
