Activists wish Illinois governor a 'Merry Frackmess'

A group of Illinois climate activists dressed as elves erected a mock fracking rig on the lawn of Governor Pat Quinn on December 23. The group, Rising Tide Chicago, voiced concerns about proposed hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, in the state.
