Every weekday since March 2011, Wisconsin activists join at noon in the state Capitol to sing in protest against Governor Scott Walker. The Capitol Police recently began enforcing a new policy that prohibits groups from assembling in the Capitol without a permit. The law has led to a string of arrests over the last month, with at least one becoming violent.
