'I am not your joke'

Daniel Arzola, a Venezuelan artist, has launched a campaign to bring awareness to the treatment of the LGBT community. Using his artwork and the hashtag #NoSoyTuChiste (translation: I am not your joke, or #ImNotAJoke in English), he has drawn attention to homophobia in his country and commented on global LGBT challenges.

He was roused into action by the widespread mockery of gay, lesbian, and trans people in Venezuela:
