Washington Nationals cancel baseball game in wake of shooting deaths

While the Washington Navy Yard shooting occurred this morning at approximately 8:20 a.m., Major League Baseball and the Washington Nationals faced a barrage of criticism for waiting until this afternoon to postpone tonight's scheduled game between DC and the Atlanta Braves. The shooting, which killed 13 people, happened just blocks from Nationals Park.
