Yale magazine story on 'smart students from poor families' gets backlash
Yale University's alumni magazine has come under fire for the cover of its latest issue, which some say implies that low-income, smart students are a rarity. The cover drew criticism for stating that students who are both smart and poor are "out there – but hard to find."
