'Cancer envy' campaign from UK sparks controversy

Pancreatic Cancer Action (PCA) launched an awareness campaign this week depicting victims of pancreatic cancer who said they wished they had different cancers. As a result, many criticized the U.K.-based organization for trivializing other forms of the disease. PCA said the campaign was meant to highlight poor survival rates of pancreatic cancer, but other cancer patients and survivors claimed the campaign was offensive.

In the following PCA ad, a man wishes for testicular cancer instead of pancreatic cancer, while a woman says, "I wish I had breast cancer."
