Las Vegas medical marijuana guidelines called 'ridiculous'

As the adoption of medical marijuana laws spreads across the country, residents are wrestling with state and local governments over mutually agreed-upon regulations. 

Such was the case on Wednesday when a meeting held by the city of Las Vegas to discuss its proposed rules for dispensaries turned into a frustrated exchange of views, with some calling the suggestions "ridiculous."
