Ibrahim Fraihat (formerly known as Ibrahim Sharqieh) is a Senior Foreign Policy Fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Doha Center and Adjunct Professor in International Conflict Resolution at Georgetown University in Qatar. He is the author of the forthcoming book "Unfinished Revolutions: Yemen, Libya, and Tunisia After the Arab Spring" (Yale University Press 2016).
