Samsung customer says the company tried to silence him

Samsung customer Richard Wygand posted a YouTube video showing that his phone had caught fire, and he asked the company for a replacement. In response, Wygand says the company asked him to take down his initial video. Wygand then uploaded a second YouTube video in which he describes the company's response.
