Survey: Should parents be allowed to bring their kids to work?

One tech company lets employees bring kids to work any day of the week. For you, is that a utopia or a nightmare?

Tune in to Michael Okwu's report Monday at 9 p.m. ET

When Sabrina Parsons got pregnant, she confronted the same question as any other working parent: How am I going to do this? But unlike other working parents, her boss – the CEO of the multimillion-dollar tech company Palo Alto Software – was her dad. She asked if she could just bring his grandson to the office.

Now, Parsons is the CEO, and company policy now allows any employee bring their child to work on any day, whenever it’s convenient. On Monday, America Tonight’s Michael Okwu pays a visit to her office in Eugene, Ore., to understand how that practice plays out, and if this could be the wave of the future.

We want to know about your views on work-life balance. We’ve partnered with BlogHer, the leading women’s blogging community, to try to get your thoughts. For working parents, how does your employer help you balance the demands of career and family? What could it do to make things better? And for workers who aren’t parents, are your working-parent colleagues given extra flexibility and time off? Is an office full of people’s kids a utopia or a nightmare?

Submit your thoughts in the form below, and we’ll share the results on-air and online Monday.
