Mel Brooks, the comedic genius behind ‘Blazing Saddles’, ‘Spaceballs’ and ‘Robin Hood: Men in Tights’, is joining The Stream. The veteran film director is one of few entertainers to have nabbed an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony award. With over 60 years in show business, Brooks reflects on political correctness and the evolution of his craft.  Also, The Native American comedy troupe ‘The 1491’s use edgy cultural and political satire to debunk stereotypes and confront questions of cultural identity.
